- Delivery of differentiated educational curriculums from Birth – 18 years of age.
- Specialised knowledge in both the Australian and Victorian curriculums
- Assessment and Moderation of student learning in Primary and Secondary Classes
- Supporting students in gifted education
- Advanced Reggio Emilia Educational knowdlege and understandings – styling educational spaces and curriculums inspired on said approach
- Policy development within the Early Childhood Sector (State and Federal Goverenace)
- Early childhood educators professional learning development
- Specialised knowledge in both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Development Framework

Helen has worked extensively within the community and independent sectors. She is currently working on her Doctoral Studies and sees herself as a life long learner and researcher.
